NEW TO SUPER 8

I am a new user to super 8...I have a Canon 814XLS...but no user booklet...could anyone recommend some first steps?...a guide or such like?..I also need a projector to view films with so what might be a good /reliable choice?..

This site has a manual for the standard 814. There are also manuals for 1014XLS and the 514XLS, you should be able to figure out most of the basics with these. Someone els who actually has one can answer any specific questions you may have.
